The telemedicine services made available through DR520 are provided by licensed physicians practicing within a group of independently owned professional practices collectively known as “DR520 Professionals”. These professional practices provide services via the DR520 telemedicine platform. DR520 does not itself provide any physician, mental health or other healthcare provider services.
DR520 service hours are 10:00 – 17:45 (Monday to Friday) (excluding public holidays). Non – service hours booking will be rescheduled automatically.
